Big Little Store's Covid-19 Q&A

We have been working very hard to make the shop as safe and efficient as possible. We have been getting quite a few questions regarding changes in the Liskeard store. Here are some frequently asked questions answered:

What are your current opening times? 

We are operating under limited opening hours at the moment, open from 10-2 weekdays.

What is the shop’s system? 

Because the store is fairly small, we have set up a system where our friendly shop manager, Jo, will help you with anything you are looking for and she will fetch it for you, rather than being able to wander round the shop. 

Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes. You are required to wear a face covering when in our shop and keep to the 2 metre distance rule when possible. 

Do you do Click and Collect?

Absolutely! If there is anything in particular you are looking for, head on over to our online shop, select the products, head to the check out and select ‘Click and Collect’. This is super easy and really efficient with orders being ready within an hour!
