Easy To Make Button Bracelet
This easy and effective design is a go to for creating a bright and colourful bracelet in minutes. An ideal make for beginners or crafters looking to use leftover buttons.
What You Will Need:
- 1 pack of 6mm buttons (Why not use 9mm buttons to mix up the design)
- 1 pack of 6mm jump rings (If you opt to use larger buttons you may require larger jump rings)
- 1 ready made bracelet chain with clasp
- Round nose and Bent nose pliers
In this guide I used a ready made bracelet chain with clasp, however if you are a more experienced jewellery maker, why not add an extra pop of colour and use a coloured chain with a complementary coloured lobster claw?
Step 1:
Holding the jump ring with the bent nose plier, twist the jump ring to the side to open using your round nose plier.
TOP TIP: Twisting the jump to the side to open it rather than pulling apart, will allow the jump ring to keep its strength and not snap.
Step 2:
Loop your button onto the jump ring through one of the button holes.
Add extra colour to your design by using multicoloured jump rings.
Step 3:
Loop the jump ring onto the bracelet chain & twist the jump ring back to close using your round nose pliers.
Step 4:
Simply repeat steps 1-3 until you have filled the bracelet chain with as many buttons as you wish.
